BUYING ONLINE

Simply click on the "Add to Cart" buttons next to the item you wish to purchase and you will then be taken to the Shopping Cart Program, where you will see what you already have in your cart, if anything. You can also view your cart amount by viewing the left hand corner of the shop navigation.

Once you have added an item to the cart, you can "Continue Shopping" and be taken back to our website. You can also change the quantities ordered and "Recalculate" your order.

Once your order is complete, delivery charges and VAT will automatically be added. When ready, you can "Proceed to Checkout" if you are happy with your order..

When you "Proceed to Checkout" you need to complete the Personal Details Form (please ensure you give the address details that the card is registered to, along with any alternative delivery address). All the bold fields must be completed in order for you to "Continue". When you have completed the Personal Details Form click the "Continue" button. You will now see a list of everything you have ordered and the amount payable. There is also a button to select how you will make your payment.

If you have selected Credit Card you will be taken to the SECURE PAYMENTS screen where you enter your Credit Card Details. Click on the "SSL PAYMENTS" button to continue. Your details will then be sent to us and confirmation of your order will be shown on screen along with an Order Reference.We will also e-mail confirmation to you on receipt of your details.

If you have selected Paypal, you will be taken to the Paypal login screen, where you will need to log-in. You will then be presented with the invoice and asked to confirm your payment.

If you have selected to pay by cheque or postal order, make it out to South East Security and send it, along with a copy of your order or your order reference, to South East Security, 6 Sun Street, Hitchin, Hertfordshire SG5 1AE.
